I created Program Tracker specifically to help you design, track and implement your complete 26 week program based on the Gaining Mass! principles. It allows you to:

  • Easily determine your body fat and lean muscle levels
  • Display your progress visually on custom graphs
  • Create your own diets easily, based on your current weight and body fat levels
  • Edit your diets quickly or customize the diets I have already created for you
  • Create your own custom workouts, or edit my existing workouts
  • Plan or edit your 24 hour schedule
  • Record your workout progress
  • Add custom foods to the diet foods list

  • This software is not available for MAC OS or OSX users. Mac users will need to use a PC viewing software like Connectix (http://www.connectix.com) to use Program Tracker
