After all, how can I honestly fix something without knowing

Thanks for spelling things out for me. The only complaint
I have is trying to remember all those darn scientific
names. I mean how often does a person here the word Triglycerides

I absolutely love the weight training part, nothing is
left out in this section. The best part is how you give
an explanation for EVERYTHING. You stress a lot on compound
lifts, but sure enough you explain why. It's the same
with tempo, training to failure, negative and positive
energy even why we only train three times a week. I mean
its hard for me to think of a question to ask you (that's
why I haven't e-mailed you lately).
You cover the lifts we will be doing, how often to do
them and more importantly how to do them correctly. The
pictures and little bit of commentary next to the exercise
really does help. There's even some useful little tips
you've thrown in.
The Food Basics is a bit lengthy but all just as important.
Once again everything explained right down to the last
detail. It just amazes me how you have done all this research.
The Planning section is pretty self-explanatory, but still
a good section. I like the recipes and how you've done
all the math for me. The charts and conversion tables
make for quick access. Two thumbs way up!
Lets face it the closer I got to the Muscle Gain Program
the more excited I got. I mean this is what I am going
to be doing. I like all the samples in that section. There's
just lots of them, plain and simple. It's really got to
be hard for someone to mess this program up. Like I said
everything is spelled out for you."
