have had your program for about 9 months now and have
been making great gains.

6'3" and started out at 175lb. The first 12 weeks
I went from 175lb to 200lb. The first few weeks were the
toughest but once I got in to a routine it became a way
of life.
Weeks 12-16 were also tough for me since I got used to
eating like crazy the first 12 weeks. I soon adapted and
lost most of the extra fat I gained in first 12 weeks.
I won't go
into any detail from start to finish, but I can say I
now stand at a solid 6'3" 226lb and 9% body fat.
