| How
does this offer compare to other fitness programs on the Internet?
There
are many fitness programs currently being offered on the Internet,
but I have not seen one that is as complete as the Gaining
Mass! package. Decide for yourself.

My
personal trainer says that without steroids, it is impossible
to gain so much weight in such a short amount of time.
I
know it all seem to fantastic to believe, but it is absolutely
true. If I were in your position, I would be somewhat skeptical
also, but I would never totally ignore the possibility. Not
too long ago, running a 4 minute mile was thought to be impossible,
until Roger Banister proved them wrong 1954. Ttoday a 4 minute
mile is not fast enough. Now a 3.5 minute pace is expected
of world class distance runners.
What
I'm saying is, if you believe it is impossible (like your trainer)
then it will be. But because I've done it, and seen many others
make similar transformations, I really believe that anyone can
do this. All you need is the right information and a desire
to change.

Anthony,
I dread going to the gym. There are so many big guys around
-- I am so skinny and weak. I feel everyone is laughing at me
when I struggle with my light weights. When I'm in the locker
room, I'm embarrassed to take my shirt off.
I
know exactly how you feel. I was so embarrassed that I would
workout fully clothed from head to toe. I would also workout
during off hours so there weren't that many people around. It
was difficult, but I stuck it out -- and so will you.
Just
remember that everyone has to start somewhere. Those big guys
were not born that way, they were out
of shape once also. Just stay focused on what you have to do.
You are not there to socialize or to make friends -- you are
there to train. One day soon people will be asking you for advice!
My
trainer tells me that supplements don't work. Why should I believe
you?
If
you are not training and eating correctly, nothing will work.
Supplements are not magic. They only supplement your existing
program. That's the key. Just taking creatine will not automatically
make you huge, but adding creatine to an already strong diet
and training program will give you some great results.

Anthony,
I just want to see my abs. I want a "six-pack". What's
the secret?
Well,
the hard truth about abs is that you will never see them
until you lose the layer of fat around your midsection! The
only way to do this is by dieting for fat loss. No amount of
sit-ups, crunches, leg raises, or whatever will change this.
It
doesn't matter what you weigh either. When I was thin my abs
were not defined at all. I never really saw my abs until I got
my body fat below 8%. They really became defined when my body
fat fell below 6.5%.
I'm overweight and I just want to lose some body fat. Can
your program help me?
Though
I have included several chapters on diets and workouts for fat
loss, this manual is primarily geared to help skinny guys gain
muscle mass and the fat loss program also takes this into consideration.
If you are overweight and your main goal is to lose
body fat, please check out http://www.fatlosstips.com.
It contains a lot of good fat loss information.
Is your manual pretty much the same as BODY FOR LIFE?
It
has some basic similarities (weight training three times per
week, using supplements) but it is focused on different goals.
So, to answer your question, it is a different program. It is
as I stated on my website -- my manual is the program that I
did during my 12 week transformation to help me gain as much
mass as possible. This program is not for everyone, however
the Body For Life program can be used by almost anyone.
I've
been doing your program for about 5 weeks and I've made dramatic
improvements in weight gain and in my overall physique already,
but why do we have to eat so much protein? Isn't it bad for
you? You recommend much more than the RDA. Why should
I believe you?
Most
of the RDA and government diet/health information will not apply
to you if you are actively training. Their data is ALWAYS referring
to sedentary, non-active individuals.
Their suggestions do not take into account the protein requirements
of individuals who regularly participate in high intensity weight
training. The harder and more intensely you train, the more
important dietary protein becomes to maximizing the muscle building
process. Studies with both strength and endurance athletes have
clearly indicated that exercise increases the need for protein
and amino acids.
Studies have also shown that the anabolic effects of intense
training are increased by a high-protein diet. The harder and
more intensely you train, the more important dietary protein
becomes to maximizing the muscle building process. Your body
needs plenty of amino acids for repair, and if it does not get
it through dietary protein, it will get it from muscle tissue.
